Trent

It was crazy to get a text from Trent’s mom to do his senior pictures because it feels like our families go way back. To the point where it doesn’t feel real that he could be senior!! His older brother and my husband have been best friends since elementary school so that makes these so precious to all of us.

It was COLD. And when I say cold I mean… WOW. They greeted me with hot chocolate (which I would never turn down) and big hugs. Throughout the shoot I would be looking at Trent Through my camera and I would see tears falling down his face. THAT’S HOW COLD IT WAS! But I made a joke out of it. And I am pretty sure he was laughing at those horrible jokes in most of these laughing pictures.

When I first started taking pictures I would spend time staring at images side by side like this to decide whether the color or black and white version is better. Now I just give my clients both versions and let them decide which color they like more. Honestly if I made myself decide I still would have a hard time. They both look so good and clean. And “fresh” as the young kids say!
